Another sell-out

I see the Air-Sea Rescue service provided by the RAF has been sold out to an American company.
What with the sell out of the NHS, all the utilities, gold reserves etc, and now this...will anything ever be owned or done by 'us' again?

The Sea Kings are close to the end of their working life but have been allowed to get like this prior to the sell-off.

Bristow, the company taking over used to be British but is now American.

What will they be taking over next; McDonalds, KFC, Pizza Hut, Microsoft? We need to stop the rot.

We should refuse to be rescued by anything other than a Sea King with a British crew.

Joking apart, a sad day. Air Sea rescue provided great training for our armed forces. Hang on, just had a great idea. Why not put our armed forces out to tender?

Next it will be you will be treated in Hospital only if you are insured. Then you will be rescued only if you have private insurance or can we make a profit from the rescue.

The Sea King is an American design made under license by Westland (part owned by the Italians).

Provided there is a service, it does not really matter who operates it.

I thought they already were??? Have I missed something??? Aren't they contracted to Bush Armaments?? Neutral
