An Englishman's home

Post  cyfrifia on Wed Mar 12, 2014 8:51 am

An Englishman's home is quite often expensive, mouldy and insecure.

The attractions of saving up for years to accumulate a deposit, then taking out a mortgage loan that will be a financial millstone for decades to come, with the prospect of repossession if you fall on hard times, in order to own a house does not appeal to, or is not available to, so many people these days.

The scams and scandals of the private rented sector are effecting many more people as more have to rent their home.
