Changes allowing pensioners to make their own decisions about annuities have led to concerns that pensioners may spend their pension cash on Lamborghinis.

Can we expect to see Lamborghinis and other high powered luxury sports cars driven by pensioners roaring around the town in Rochdale? Highways Dept may need to keep this in mind.
