And for today's diversion:- Northern Power House - £300 million on infra-structure including the longest road tunnel in the world under the Peak District and through the Pennines. Wow there must be one 'hell' of a bang coming tomorrow in the Budget -? Let me guess - 10 billion in capital and revenue cuts - 1billion in tax rises - 5 billion in tax cuts. You work it out.
