Well my wife is going for a second Christmas now because about this time last year we thought she was going to die, but this Christmas has been an extra bonus to see the joy of life she has now. A lot better than it was not perfect health but miles better than it was before. At least she is getting out more now.

Last christmas was the worst I ever had, my daughter was on life support for nearly 2 weeks so I know what you mean TP

I did not forget what also happened to you and your daughter. Strange year all round for us both Charly in some ways but glad she made through. Hope things are a lot better now and best wishes to both of you.

Yes TP, thankfully she made a remarkable recovery and is now helping others as an intensive care nurse on neo-natal ICU at St Marys in Manchester.
It made a big impact on her boys though, when asked what he wanted for Christmas this year her 10 year old said ' I dont want anything, except for my mum to be ok this year'
