Bought a 32 gig flash drive to go towards christmas presents but only found out a few weeks ago that although you could put stuff on it, you couldnt get it to come up on another pc.
I mailed the company I got it from not really expecting they would be able to do anything after all this time but they asked me to return it and have sent me a new one ...no questions asked!
Brilliant customer service. Recommended.
