The report actually states Rochdale is in the worst 25% i.e there may be nearly a quarter of towns worse that us. I expected from the headline that we'd be in the worst 5% or something.

Ideally not. But the headline gave the impression that there weren't many worse. Potentially 24.9% of areas could be worse than us.

I just wish they would clamp down on the drink drivers who are still over the limit from the night before. Looking at some of the driving you see early in the morning sometimes on the way to work.
