Also many records are missing!! sorry the wording I believe is temporary mis-placed due to the movement of services hence the long awaited appointments in certain cases ?

Well Jeanie if it has taken Hinch 10 years to get his knees done. I had better get myself on the list now for my left hip. If it gets worse in 10 years.
