MP's local?
For those of you who regularly drink in the Baum, how often exactly does Mr Danczuk pop in for a drink? It must be a heck of a walk to get there from his home, but if that is what he thinks of when he is on the train back from London, then I suppose it is worth the effort!
It is fair enough that he picks up on the good publicity for Rochdale when it occurs, but to all but say that it is his local is stretching the connection too far.

TBH I too did think it was just Simon jumping on the bandwagon when I read this article.

It's only 200 yards from his office.

I've noticed that Simon communicates far more than Paul Rowen and Jim Dobbin. They supply/suppplied the odd letter or list of what they had been up to, but Mr D keeps in touch a lot more regularly

Simon D is a lot more comfortable with IT and social networking than Jim who still hankers after the steam age. Paul was a bit more comfortable with it but he was operating before Twitter really took off.
I quite like SD's communicative style. Love him or hate him, he is far more relaxed and informative than we have been used to and some of his quips are quite funny. He came into his own during the 'Pastygate' debacle.
The days are long gone when the odd 'Letter from Parliament' in the local rag was the only thing their constituents heard from them between elections.

Why do the articles and posts on Simon Danczuks website never have the date on them? They could be old or new.
