Why I don't post on here any more

What used to be a lively forum has dwindled to almost nothing, why is that? Passing readers may care to comment, such as, - I have lost the web adress, and google doesn't find it. - The quality of existing posts is so consistently and comprehensively common sense, there is really nothing more to add. - This looks like a muppet show to me, or whatever other reason. Thankyou for your attention.

I know, from experience, that you have a lot to offer the contributors johnb. I doubt anyone here would baulk at your welcoming interruptions.

Yes Mulldog. I too have been drawn to the book with No Face. I blame Charly. She has that effect on people.

I've tried to pry people back to the 'Talk' but it's like trying to extract hens teeth.
Meanwhile Cyfrifia and I have been jockeying the page along with our two-way diatribes in the hope of better days (and things) to come. With Hinch no longer able to mould or glue us together, one hopes that his example might at last prove worthwhile and the Faceless ones might return - if only to slag me off occasionally.

I think, for oneself, that measure can only be attained by one's own yardstick. Others is a perception and not always a good one.

My measure is a pint of good bitter Atlas.

I prefer a Southern Comfort with a top up of 'coke' - has to be the 'real' thing in both respects.
