Black Chocolate Stout.
I am now sitting here trying a stout I bought a few weeks back. Taste like the strong Imperial Stout I use to get from Oddbins which you do not see anymore.
Legend said that the recipe was smuggled out of Russia after the 1917 Russian Revolution but the recipe was a secret.
The one I am drinking now has the same strength about 10% acl/vol.
I use to make a Stout Fruit Cake with my home made stout I use to make but never tried it with a very strong stout. May give it a go this next week and make the cake with the stout I have got now from another unopened bottle.
The one I am drinking is very nice but not to be tried if you are driving after. One bottle will soon take you over the limit. Nice stuff though.

Tesco have a nice chocolate stout in at the moment. Can't remember the brand. John is currently quaffing Das Schwarze German dark beer (gorgeous( from Aldi. I am as ever on the red wine (no change there).

I use to have a recipe for a German Dark Beer. Won me a few prizes at a few shows. It was was called a German Dark Style Larger. A bit like stout but that was the name of the recipe. Very strong and I made it in only small quantities.
