It says on the text news that he will appear before Oldham magistrates 'later', I assumed it meant later today

I took it to mean later as in later on in the year/next year.

Good.

I just hope when he is found guilty he gets locked away for a long time. Personally I know he has got charged with criminal damage, but why has he only got charged with manslaughter. Why not murder?

Ok.

But, as always, the usual tabloids are printing stories about the hearing yesterday. Some of the articles are commenting on text messages being sent to the Mother of the little boy that died in the exploson. Based on the texts that have been printed it leads that the explosion was not accidental. Still when it goes to trial all the facts will be presented.
