One thing that they need to sort out pronto is the abuse of the ability to capture mobile numbers via ring-back allowing drivers to pester women for sex and dates. This happened to my daughter after a worrying drive to the airport where he offered to get in the back with her to 'keep her company' as she waited for the plane.

The conversation turned to sex 5 minutes after he picked her up. By the time they reached the A627(M), he told her he had a particular liking for sex via the 'tradesmans' entrance''.

Probably has a clean criminal record.

I've no idea and doubt that Licensing Officers, or other similar 'recruiters' would divulge the information.

It states in a different media outlet that the teenagers recruited are aged 15 and 16 years of age: -

This, as said, is in response to dangerous and organised criminal gang activity, it isn't just checking that taxi drivers are being polite. These gangs have networks, and are streetwise. It doesn't seem right to employ 15 and 16 yr olds for this sort of undercover work.

How about getting teenagers to run out into the road in front of moving taxis to test driving and braking skills?

As a 'trademark', what exactly does 'This is Rochdale' mean? Is it a now a centre of child protection excellence? Rochdale is giving advice to other councils on how to keep children safe.

Yes you could TP. This is a measure of the shamelessness of your council officials and other public bodies whose arrogance finds no bounds. Caring people you have had and no doubt still have 'seeing' to your welfare.
