Could do with a lightning-proof garden chair.

The jet stream is too low. Nothing will change for the better until it rises up across Scotland. Will it??

Garden chair-ing tends to be a spring and summer sport, but I might give it a go this winter, with the right equipment, extreme garden-chairing might be rewarding.

Well bugger me if that jet-stream didn't do just that a couple of weeks back. Indian summer but a nip too cold for my liking. Wouldn't do extreme garden-chairing without the advantage of youth on my side - and that's not going to happen.
It's revolving chair and computer and cups of tea for the next six months. I have two books to write before the Spring and have promised myself that next summer I will attack the garden and house both inside and out with a vengeance - hmm - we shall see.

Not in my neck of the woods. No work. No houses. No public transport and virtually no internet connections. Can't see it myself. These lot are 'main chancers' not refugees. Won't come here. No money in it.
