E Mail problems Empty E Mail problems

Hotmail recently moved everyone over to 'outlook' and ever since its been almost impossible to get to my e mails !
Microsoft are not answering messages according to their 'Help' forums.
The e mails can be seen but when I try to open any of them i get the message
'cannot connect to outlook at the moment please try again later'
Its so maddening when you can see the mails but cant read them till later in the day!
Anyone else having the same problems?

I use Gmail. Really simple to set up, free, no probs so far.

I did try that one SB but went back to my old one as I couldnt get used to it.

i have been informed that BT e-mails have been 'hacked' recently. are any of the incoming addresses BT or yahoo? if so they could be being scanned for bugs. i get blocked by AOL occasionally because ZEN is in my address and they block religious items, Buddists! i kid you not.
