Rotting waste and hordes of flies. Not very nice, but equally worrying is fifty tons of conaminated waste being removed and the place being sprayed with "pest control", what: is 'pest control'?

As I understand it the problems arose from non-collection and insecure re-cycling. Both are an environmental problem and as such such be the province of MBRC and its enforcers. Somebody somewhere isn't doing the job properly. No excuses. They are funded quite adequately to hear tell. Rolling Eyes Rolling Eyes Rolling Eyes
