That depends on what one calls 'improvement'?

If Fat Cyril and the rest of the creeps get their due desserts this next year (although I doubt it) and house prices level out or even go down some more thus making it easier for some to begin to buy again and if the public spending cuts and the claw back of tax avoidance proceeds in in a more judicious manner - then - perhaps then things might 'improve' somewhat. But it will be a long, long way from what could have been had the 'bankers' (nearly got that right) keep their thieving mitts to themselves in the first place.
We are slowly but surely heading for another catastrophe with the financial institutions if somebody somewhere doesn't get their fingers out of the pie soon and put them somewhere we can chop them off. Talk about the blind leading the blind- I despair. Happy New Year.
